Information collected

Cataldex stores account identity, membership status, broker connection metadata, activity telemetry, support communications, and security logs needed to operate the service. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by Cataldex.

Broker data

Authorized account, order, position, and market data may be processed to provide requested features. Broker access tokens are encrypted at rest and should be revoked when a connection is removed.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate members, operate and improve the platform, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Cataldex does not sell member brokerage credentials.

Retention and choices

Retention depends on operational, contractual, security, and legal requirements. Members may disconnect broker access and request account support through the contact channel provided at commercial launch.

Launch review

This Beta notice must be completed with business contact, jurisdiction, retention periods, subprocessors, and applicable privacy rights before broad public launch.
